The Sunday 10-Minute
Money Reset.

Six steps. Ten minutes. Every Sunday. The simplest money habit that creates year-round clarity. No spreadsheet wizardry required.

The Science

Why 10 Minutes Changes Everything

Big financial overhauls don't stick. Tiny weekly rituals do. The Sunday Reset works because it's small enough to start and powerful enough to transform.

  • Habit Formation: 10 minutes is below the resistance threshold — you'll actually do it
  • Pattern Recognition: Weekly check-ins reveal spending patterns within a month
  • Compound Clarity: Each week builds on the last — after 4 weeks, you see everything differently
  • Deduction Discovery: Regular tagging means nothing is missed at tax time
  • Stress Reduction: Knowing where your money goes eliminates financial anxiety
  • Subscription Control: Checking one subscription per week means all are reviewed in 2-3 months

Sunday Reset FAQ

Does it have to be Sunday?
No. Any consistent day works. We call it the Sunday Reset because many women find Sunday morning before the week starts to be the calmest time. But Saturday, Monday, or any day you'll actually do it is the right day.
What if I miss a week?
Just do the next one. No guilt. No catching up. The power is in the consistency over time, not in perfection. Missing a week doesn't erase your progress — it's just a pause.
Do I need any special tools?
Just your bank app (or statements), a place to log expenses (our tool, a spreadsheet, or even paper), and optionally an AI assistant for the pattern summary step. Everything can be free.
How long until I see results?
Most women report noticing patterns within 3-4 weeks. By week 8, the financial picture becomes much clearer. By month 6, most have found significant savings and built a reliable money clarity habit.
